Let's see what i've been panking around these few days:

friday, time trial, didn't run time trial due to personal health problems, i really do hope that it doesn't screw up my sunday 5km run.
1) passion 2) discipline 3) integrity
anyhow the guys were punished to run sets of 200 and so we joined em, everytime ms doreen tan says "up 10%" i could feel a whole bucket of breath taken away from me.
ay i missed majiong session @ jasmine's house damn!

anyhow now i'm to stay away from fried, bbq food+soft drinks etc for track!8)

saturday, ecp was fun thanks to arceknights, for artiste by artiste!
though i didn't really talk much due to my lost voice but hahah bak tooth!

yesyeshiongy(the most adorable girl in the entire universe aka me!)went on a one day flight to paris,after that i flew to hk

monday, after trg we went to plan for camp whoopy. aaron xy ZJ gave us a talk, oh actually zj didn't, he just said "oh ya", anyway will be away for athletics camp until friday and childrens prog until sat so will update with more photos soon!
