official trg started today, hv to say that it's a good workout.

mr leeeeee took us today, hahah kind of missed those days in x. 3 sets of 800 (4m pace), 1 set 200.

it was SUPERRR TIRING for me can! i almost hyperventilated 3 million times la. BUT BUT BUT i did a 1.6 earlier during pe AND the weather was so superrr hot please it could've melted me into a pool of liquid lo.
