life is boring for me these few days, it seemed like i have absolutely nothing to do but i actually have one whole lists of stuffs for me to complete. on the top of the list is my everlasting homework.

holiday is meant for us to relax after one whole year aka 365days of torture. yet, our lovely teaches piled us up with 7sets of chinese & 6sets of math etc. what a lovely christmas gifts they've got for us :I

recently i went to cuppage again. here's my letter;

Dear coach/teacher-in-charge,

DIAGNOSIS-
1. Bilateral patellofemeral pain.
2. Bilateral ankle pronation.

Peishi is healing well and should now return to some running. This running should be very gradual and at her own pace. This will allow her muscles to re-condition and not overload the knee joints. She can join in training sessions for light warm-up & core work, but no running training until my next review. She will also need corrective inside ofr foot biomechanical problem.

Many thanks,
DR. LOW WYE MUN

whoa i've waited for this day for damn long. saturday i woke up damn early, went all the way to turf city to show mrtan the letter. before we left, mrlee reminded me to join training on monday & said something that i'll never forget in my entire life, "welcome back." i can finally go back to running :D

make me believe, that i can run again.
